Scott & Jen Thomson
Scott and Jen joined the Yale staff team in the fall of 2004—just after they were married. Previous to that both were on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ in other places. Scott was at the University of Massachusetts where he coached the Athletes in Action ministry in addition to his other campus responsibilities. Jen served in East Asia and then staffed multiple campuses as part of the Boston team. Scott graduated from Syracuse University in 2001 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and a minor in coaching. Jen graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 1999 with a B.A. in Religious Studies, a focus in East Asian Studies, and a minor in Vocal Performance.
Jacques Villarreal
Some people think that Jacques is French, but it isn't true. He actually grew up in El Paso, Texas, wrestling rattlesnakes and riding horses. He graduated from Yale in 2005 and now serves as a campus intern with Yale Students for Christ. He loves his staff team, especially for letting him be slightly humorous in this bio.
Sang and Charmain Yun
Sang and Charmain Yun were at Yale during a time when most students didn't use email, when Rose Walk was a regular thru street, and when Swing Space was a parking lot. Sang graduated from Yale with a double major in Philosophy and Religious Studies in 1993 and with an MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary in 1996. Charmain graduated from Yale with a double major in Sociology and East Asian Studies in 1995. They married in 1996 and have made New Haven their home since then. They have a son, Jonathan (age 5), and two daughters: Kaylen (age 3), and newborn Navia.
